Role Overview
As the Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to quality control and delivery. You will ensure our production lines run efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and align with our company’s goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to create a productive and positive work environment. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure team members have the skills needed to excel.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Quality Control: Monitor production quality to ensure products meet our high standards. Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in production management software and tools is required.
