Position: Quality Control Manager
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to meet industry standards.
- Oversee inspections and testing of materials and finished products.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation and reporting of quality metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
