We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological development and innovation strategy. The CTO will play a crucial role in shaping Marjan Wear’s digital future, enhancing our e-commerce platform, and optimizing our operational efficiencies through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap aligned with Marjan Wear’s business goals.
- E-commerce Optimization: Oversee the enhancement and maintenance of our e-commerce platform to improve user experience and drive sales.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect customer data and company assets.
- IT Infrastructure: Manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage external vendors and technology partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and service level agreements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in the fashion retail industry, with a track record of driving digital transformation and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in managing and scaling technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth.
